All purchases of CANINE ("Your pocket dog trainer") come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If CANINE isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

2. How payments and refunds work

universoperruno.com (hosted on Shopify) is our sales page. All payments, taxes and refunds are processed securely by Hotmart, our payment processor and digital distributor.

3. How to request a refund

Within the 30-day guarantee period, you can request a full refund in either of these ways:

Through Hotmart: use Hotmart's refund request page with the purchase details Hotmart sent to your email.

By email: write to holauniversocanino@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will help you process your request.

4. What happens after a refund or chargeback

Once a refund is issued, or if a payment is reversed through a bank chargeback, your access to the paid CANINE plan is deactivated automatically. Refund processing times depend on Hotmart and your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
