1. Who we are
CANINE ("Your pocket dog trainer") is provided by Universo Perruno (universoperruno.com), a business owned by Pablo Vidal, based in Montevideo, Uruguay. By visiting our website or using the CANINE web app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. What CANINE is
CANINE is an English-language dog training web app designed to be used in your phone's browser (it can also be added to your home screen). It builds a personalized, day-by-day training plan based on your answers about your dog, covering five areas: potty training, separation anxiety, barking, leash pulling and biting.
3. Products and pricing
Day 1 of the training plan is free to try. Full access is sold as one-time payments (not recurring subscriptions):
7-Day Starter Plan: $19.99 USD
30-Day Training System: $49.99 USD
4. Checkout, access and device limits
Checkout via Hotmart: universoperruno.com is our sales page on Shopify; all payments and refunds are processed through Hotmart.
Unlocking your plan: after paying on Hotmart, open the CANINE web app and enter the same email address you used at checkout. You will also receive a one-page PDF with your direct access link.
Duration of access: your one-time payment gives you lifetime access to the plan you purchased.
Device limit: each purchase can be used on up to 3 devices. If a device does not open the app for 60 consecutive days, its slot is released automatically so you can use another device.
Refunds and chargebacks: if your purchase is refunded or charged back, access to the paid plan is deactivated automatically.
5. Personal use only
Your purchase is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your purchase email publicly or resell access to CANINE.
6. Educational and safety disclaimer
Not veterinary or professional advice: CANINE is an educational guide for dog owners. It does not replace a licensed veterinarian, certified dog trainer or animal behaviorist.
Risk signals: if the app detects possible risk signals in your answers (such as aggression or serious biting), it will recommend that you consult a qualified professional in person.
No guaranteed results: every dog is different. Results depend on your dog's history, health and temperament and on your daily consistency, so we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. You apply the exercises voluntarily and at your own responsibility.
